Our Classes
We provide our students with the highest quality tuition from Pre school ballet through to the RAD grades.
Pre School ballet
Our Pre school ballet classes are suitable for 3-4 year olds.
- The classes are fun filled and focused around imagination-based learning. The students are encouraged to explore their creativity through a range of engaging dances, movements and ballet stories. To help enhance their learning, props are often used such as colourful scarves to develop arm movements, floor markers for jumping, etc. Another benefit of pre school ballet is the development of musicality through rhythm, as well as spatial awareness.
- Our classes help to develop listening and social skills, whilst encouraging students to follow instruction. At this stage, for many, this is a new experience being in a class environment and learning as part of a group.
- The pre school ballet classes run for 30 minutes, parents are requested to wait outside of the studio for the duration of the class. This gives the students the opportunity to fully focus and enjoy the class without any distractions, whilst also building their confidence.
From pre primary onwards our classes follow the Royal Academy of Dance Syllabus (RAD)
The Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) is a world-leading dance and examination board that has been inspiring the world of dance for over 100 years. To find out more visit – https://www.royalacademyofdance.org/
