About Our Dance Studio
Charlotte Pearce RAD RTS
‘Miss Charlotte’
Founder and Principal
Charlotte started dancing at the age of 3 and quickly discovered a love for ballet, taking part in her first eisteddfod at the age of 5. Charlotte trained for 18 years to Advanced 2 level under both the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus (RAD) for ballet, and the Imperial Society of Teachers in Dancing (ISTD) for modern.
Wishing to inspire others to dance, Charlotte went on to study and complete her teaching qualification to become an RAD RTS ballet teacher. Since then, she has been teaching classical ballet for over 10 years in Bristol, Bath, and surrounding areas.
In 2018 Charlotte was selected to travel to Pennsylvania, USA to run a dance, performance, and fitness program for young people. It was during her time there that she decided to train as a children’s yoga teacher and later taught a range of yoga classes and workshops in schools across the South West of England.
Charlotte has taught many pupils of all ages, using her wealth of knowledge and experience to successfully coach students through their RAD exams as well as choreographing many school shows. Charlotte is also a Certified Progressing Ballet Technique Teacher (PBT).
